A:We are factory and established more than 20 years experiences on producing rackets and accessories.
Q2: What is your terms of payment?
A: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance pay off against the B/L copy.LC acceptable also.
Q3:Can i get samples?
A:Of course,but you may need to pay samples charge which will be returned after any order signed.Some stock sample will be free for you.
Q4:What’s the MOQ and delivery time?
A:Full carbon rackets 500pcs,Aluminium&carbon rackets 1000pcs,Aluminium&steel rackets 1500pcs,Steel rackets 2000pcs.Usually it can be within 30-35 days for MOQ.
Q5:What is your terms of delivery and loading port?
A: FOB CIF EXW,loading port NINGBO or SHANGHAI.
Q6:Can you produce accordingly samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your design samples with any color.
Q7:Do you inspect all your goods before packing and delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% inspect before packing and delivery.
Q8:If there are defective rackets received,what’s your policy to replace them?
A:Please take the photos of the defective rackets for us and tell us what happen, if everything /confirm/ied, the new ones will be sent to you as compensation in the next order.
